So... now that I won't be running at Boulder 70.3...
... help me plan my race. I had planned on targeting IF=0.85 as per the power racing guidelines, but since I won't be running the half-marathon due to achilles tendinitis, what should I do?
- Shoot for the fastest bike split I can by applying science/SWAG for increased IF target?
- Do the bike at original goal pace for educational purposes
- Throw caution to the wind and go out guns blazin'?
