Going Friday am. Not sure that my course will include the same vertical ft of climbing, but I'm going to try and find as many hills as I can on this course that I know. I sometimes get nervous before big workouts. Oh well. just excited. Mental plan all worked out.
Trying out a different nutrition plan since the last one didn't work too well. I am going to do a mix of infinite and gels. The concentrated infinite did not work for me
