Sports bra for nursing moms

Question from my wife:

She is looking for sports bra recommendations while she is nursing. Our son is 7 weeks old and she is just starting to get back on the treadmill. Any help from the EN Chickas is much appreciated.

Everyone talks about not wanting a uniboob or being squished flat, but I find ANY bouncing to be painful and I am NOT nursing. I ALWAYS wear-

It is 32% Lycra spandex, and there is no movement. Takes some getting used to, but I can wear nothing less. But it is NOT a nursing bra.

You are most certainly welcome! I hope some of the other ladies who have experience here will chime in and help you out. I don't have kids- and don't have much to bounce- but like Michele- I can't stand anything moving! Title Nine is my go-to source for running bra's of all types. They do a great job of providing information on what activity and size each bra is best suited.

I typed a bunch of stuff and lost internet this morning!  but when I googled sports bras or running while nursing, up came several good websites! and good info.  so there are bras for nursing moms so that is good news.

Also look into Enell...I bought one when I was nursing and it was great. Super supportive and felt comfortable in my new "post baby" body!

I'm a little late chimming in, but I (Jessica, Lawson's wife) have nursed 2 kiddos while running. At first I went with a nursing sports bra( can't remember what kind), but after I while I decided to go with a regular sports bra that was very supportave. I like champion and under armour. After all, I never nursed while I was running. If I needed to nurse right afterwards then off it came. Nursing sports bras just wern't supportave enough. Never tried the Enell though. Good Luck to her and great for running with a small baby.
