Okay...so I am a few weeks past my "A" triathonlon (IM Louisville) and am now wanting to target the Philly Marathon 10 weeks out....

How much down time did you take after Lou?
I'm also doing Philly. Hope to be able to catch up there!
Tim - I did IM Lou and then took it easy for a few weeks...started with week 6 of the HACK giving me 9 weeks before Philly Marathon...I just started on week 5/6 and am focused on hitting the HACK workouts + 2-3 easy runs of 30-45 min.per week, and two bike rides one interval one long steady...this gives my legs some rest.....
