    My thinking is what the hell. Why not do this race first and at the very beginning of the tri season. I then have Lubbock Texas 70.3 in June and Im Wisc in Sept. Can it get any better.

    Oh yea and the OS from Oct -Feb.....OUCH!!! The OS hurts the worst!!!!

     I'm in for IMSTG.  I can't wait.  So is my buddy John Rister(EN Memeber)

    I am currently doing the OS, I started early, I'm in week 4 now.  

    I am trying to plan a training camp to pre-ride the course, at least T1 to the loop and ride it once.  I'd like to have a good feeling about ear selection.  Also I will want to run a bit of the course.  Any advice on when to do the scouting camp, timing/weather wise? I'll be driving up from San Diego, so...Las Vegas will be my reward.

    Please keep me up to date when you are planning this. I am looking at taking a trip in Feb for a week to a warm destination and doing a BIG BIKE WEEK. Would love to come to St. George and ride the course a couple of days.

    I will keep you updated on the course recon. Unfortunately, I think February is too cold of a month. I'm now a weather-wimp living in San Diego. I think the recon will be closer to the race when it warms up, late march/early april. But if your in or around San Diego during February we should meet up to do some rides.

    For some reason, I decided that I HAVE to do this race in 2012. After 2 years of saying HELL NO!

    Foot is bothering me. If I get all clear, I am signing up next week.

    HAHAHA.
    Saw the foot doc and he was not wholly pleased with me. But he did give me the pointers to get fixed up, so no limits on what I can do.
    Turns out I am not as good a patient as I think I am.
    Oh wait, I think I am a bad patient. Maybe I am right on track...

    IMSG sign up is in my plans!
