I lost 2 of the 3 I gained over the previous two weeks.  Now back to 221.

I started running this week so expect to see some losses.

I got in on this late but will start 2010 several pounds heavy -- 149 -- +5 since Thanksgiving.

Maintaining steady. Hung around the veggies on New year's eve after a day of down hill skiing, but didn't seem to cancel out the cookies I ate the next morning!
