Who is doing Nordic Nation this winter?

Last winter I really got into both snowshoe racing and x-country ski racing and am planning to add those into my winter schedule again this year. My winter "A" race will be the Lake Placid Loppet on Feb 4th. Haven't decided on whether to do the 25K or 50K version. Luckily, I should be able to make that decision closer to game day based on how much skiing I've gotten in. I'm going to try to hit as many of the NYSSRA nordic circuit races as I can in prep. Rochester also has a good snowshoe trail race series on Weds night.

If the LP Loppet goes well this year then I think I'll make the journey out to Cable for the Birkie in 2013.

I have wanted to do LP but always had scheduling conflicts. Mora Vasaloppet in Minnesota is also a really fun race.
