Fall-Winter Oatmeal

It's getting to be that time of year again (at least in the Northeast anyway), so I thought I would post this awesome, easy AND healthy oatmeal recipe:

Boil 3 cups of unsweetened, organic apple juice with 1 cup of watter.  Once at a boil, add 1 cup of steel cut oats.

Add any combination of the following in any amount:

Raisins, chopped dates, chopped nuts, flaxseed powder, flax seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, or anything else you can think of.

Cover and let sit overnight.  By morning the liquid will be absorbed and you should have enough for a weeks worth of oatmeal!  Just reheat in the microwave.  Enjoy!!
