RR SUCKED! - still sore from Aspen Training camp
Did my RR today, instead of my very hilly as in monster hilly 104 mile route, i opted for a rail trail bike path.
stats as follows:
Distance: 104 Miles
Time: 6hrs

IF:.672 (the last two 1/2 hour intervals were closer to .65)
Elevation Gain 2700 Feet
given how bad my legs felt, i didnt even attempt the run!
