Power tap download

Anybody know what to do when you Power tap computer with race data still in it gets put into int.   (interval mode) and it won't download into device agent.  I think it got pushed during travel.

I don't think the interval mode should interfere with download? At least it doesn't on mine (a standard LYC, not a Joule). Pushing and holding the mode button on the LYC should take it out of interval mode anyways.

Is it seated all the way in the cradle? Does "Host" come on the screen when its in the cradle?
