Wireless Powertap built into a 24H Velocity deep V rim. Wheel is about 3 years old with about 3500 miles on it. Powertap is the previous version of the 2011 SL+, has carbon windows and has been upgraded to ANT+. Wheel is true and spins fine, no issues.Wheelbuilder wheel cover is included.
