    Cool, but even with a speaker and no ear-buds, this thing is going to draw penalties. Or are they asserting that if a similar looking device played music through a micro speaker instead of ear buds that it would be legal? I think not. Refs will consider it an unsafe distraction. I wonder if they've coordinated it with USAT first (doubtful). It will probably be a training toy only.

    @Paul - it can't play music. It only gives audio feedback on actual data. ie. watts 215, heart rate 150, etc. I think this could be a valuable device if it were not too cumbersome.

    @ Scott - doesn't matter. The ref on a motorcycle will look at it and judge it to be an MP3 player...looks just like some on the market. Who needs the hassle?

     I used to fly second generation Russian fighters, no head up display for me. I am not qualified to comment.
