Starting week 1 this week but skipping out on the run test. Ran a 5K on 10/29 in 21:35 (45.55 VDot) and then a 15K this Saturday in 68:31 (45.83). Long story short, I think my VDot is fairly well dialed in and looking to crush the next test in 6 weeks (Sub 21 perhaps?).
Continuing with my one week late tests, I did 18:54 on the treadmill today. I tested outdoors last year but ran into some snow/ice problems so decided to go indoors this year so I don't really know how to compare the two. My best was sometime during the summer where I did 18:37.

Got my Sat run this afternoon checked off with my 8 year old twin boys riding their bikes along the way!
Hit the marks as prescribed after the warmup. Was work however. 5.5 miles (watch was in bike mode first minute.)

@enrique - > Good work, you managed the 12.5 laps
Thanks!! Horrible pacing, but yes, I did it.
Just getting a chance to post my run test from last week. Went better than I was hoping for so I can't complain.
1 mi - 7:25 - 162 HR
2 mi - 7:17 - 174 HR
3 mi - 7:28 - 183 HR
3.1 mi - 23:09 - 173 Vdot = 41.84
Definitely room for improvement.
(All of my replies have double spacing. Does anyone know if there is a setting somewhere to change this?)
@ ;Jesse - nice running.
