Hip Flexor

I was diagnosed with Hip tendonitus 6 weeks before IMAZ. I have had to severly limit my workouts for the last two weeks. Intensity definately enflames it and volume does as well. Nothing over 2 hours in the last two weeks on the bike. No running with a little elliptical. Some swimming with pull bouy. Now I am feeling a bot better with 4 weeks left so what do I do to get to the start in the best shape possible.
