Random IMFL info
A few weeks ago someone asked for some insiders tips on IMFL since I had done it several times. One thing I did think of.
PCB is actually in Central time zone, it is pretty much due south of Indianapolis and is about at the Eastern edge edge of central time. What does this mean? It gets dark quite a bit earlier than say Pierre, South Dakota which is also hardly in the central time. If you plan to be on the course for much more than 10:5x expect to do some running in the dark cool weather. Might plan a special needs shirt around this. Sunset is at 5:52 PM CST on race day.
Also, remember to fall back an hour after the race since daylight savings time is Saturday. Enjoy your races. I'll post more stuff if I can remember it.
