getting my OS training plan set up and the iphone "app"

hey guys, question - I am trying to a) set up my OS plan in the training tool - what is the end date for it to start on Monday? and b) where can I find the EN iphone app - i used to have one that showed me the training plan and now I can't figure out how to re add it - please help!

Hi Jane - set it to end March 18. Nothing will show up yet because it has not started. The iPhone app is really just a link to a specially formatted webpage, I think. On your iPhone use Safari to go to http://members.endurancenation.us/m.aspx#bmb=1 and then save that page to your home screen.
