Becoming member from Trial, and some things (groups, forums) disappearing

Hi there, just converted my trial membership today, and some of the forums disappeared along with the ability to see the groups page, and who knows what else. Just wondering if someone could fix me up so I could check out stuff in the forums and groups.

 

I get the following message when trying to see the groups page:

 

Access Denied  
 
Warning You do not have access to view this tab within the portal.

    Can you be specific about what you could see and can not, what's changed, etc? Thanks.

  • I can't see the Groups page, and I can't see any of the forums - they all have a little red circle with a dash on top of the folder icon. Even though I'm logged in (can access my account, my name is seen as logged in at the top, and I can access my own groups), if I try to go to the groups page it gives me the error I mentioned above about not having access. However, I can go to the Dashboard and can get to my group from there if someone has posted from that group. I can't see any of the other groups though. I can view my training plan with no problem though.

     

    This forum and the Challenge forum are the only forums I can get into. I can view some of the other ones (though the icon has the red slash/circle on top and I can't click on them) and some forums have become non-visible (like the women's training forum that I swear was there yesterday). I can see the Boomers forum, but not the Women's one that was next to it. Strange.

  • Robin, I think it's some HAlloween Hijinks! I am looking at your account and it appears to be fully functional, no issues....I will send this for Daniel's review...but maybe try logging in via a new browser/computer as it could be something with memory cache on your machine (it can't figger out if you are a trial or not, etc).
  • I just logged in from my laptop and I'm seeing the same problems from both of my computers. The odd thing is I can see *less* stuff than I could when I was a Trial member so I don't think it's a caching issue.

    The exact same thing happened to me about 2-years ago when you switched to your newer billing system. You all fixed it quickly, but I don't remember what you did or if the problem just fixed itself.
  • Hi Guys, I'm piggybacking on Robin's original post, my account was charged (a good thing, I'm ready to come onboard) last night / this morning but it doesn't yet seem to have converted my account here on endurancenation.us to the features of a "paid members" account. Could you look into it and and convert me over so I can get fully started. (Need to change/move my season plan around a little bit)

  • All: see the "Support" tab/button to the right of this page? Please use that for admin issues, not posting to a forum post. That's our batphone vs your request being buried in a forum. Thanks!
  • Wow, until you said "see the Support button", I honestly never noticed that thing hanging out over there on the right. Even when you said that, I instantly scrolled up and started looking around the top for the Support button. It took me awhile to see that thing on the side (it's a bit like the Moonwalking Bear in that cycling ad - there in plain site but you don't notice it because that's not where you're looking for it) I did look through all the tabs at the top though. So even if you keep the funky Support Tab to the right, you might consider adding the same functionality to one of the menus "(resources, maybe)?? Just a thought...
  • Hi there I am experiencing same problems since my trial account/held/re-activated last month. I don't have access to the forums either, last week I was using season planning tool and then changing work plans to see how things look and today I cannot even do that.
