  • @robin, i am not an expert. but i guess that has to do how you tolerate lactate at low and high work load. as said take the en koolaid and use pace, btw i have the same issue on the bike.
  • @ Shaughn - I had set the privacy but didn't realize it only changes 'future' uploads. I had to unlock that activity individually.

    Not much to luv there..... except maybe the 8% hill between my house and the rest of the world. Great for hill repeats - it climbs about 95' in .21 miles.

    Nailed it of seriously over cooked it? I really did try to reign it in but it just seemed to be a pace I couldnt figure out...yet.
  • Looks great Steve, intervals, HR profile, and all.  I love zooming out on the map to see the location.   Hope all are getting ready for those 2X12s in the morning!!!
