EN Bike and Tri Kits

I am pretty psyched this year about getting some EN stuff to wear both at triathlons as well as biking events. Although I have a triathlon top and bottom, I sure would like a bike kit and maybe a swim suit like Rich so proudly displayed at IMWI.

Last August, in a Team Update, it read "

  • We will maintain an inventory of our main cycling and tri gear so we will be able to fulfill most orders quickly...no more waiting for semi-annual order windows.  We receive our next shipment of tri kit in October, cycling kit in November, and from that point on we'll try to maintain in-stock status on our most popular items.

So, I'm ready! Looking forward to getting all decked out for next season and especially for the IMTX Rally! image

  • I'd love some more of the cycling gear. I've been using it a ton this fall and regret not getting another set of bib and jersey. Of course I was really worried about getting the wrong size the first time, hence my conservative order. If we stick with the same gear I'll know my size this time around.
  • Sorry, we have decided to always keep tri singlets in stock but only do an order of cycling kit every 2yrs vs every year. However, we may organize an order of the EN cycling jackets, in January, as these have been very popular race weekend/transition wear.

  •  Does anyone know how the new red tri singlet fits in comparison to the old blue sugoi one?

  • It fits a wee bit larger, IMO.
  • @ R would love to get the EN jacket as I missed out on the order a year+ ago.

  • Paul nailed it, the jacket is the one thing I would like to have above all else.

  • We are considering a jacket order for this year and making it required TeamEN pre-race wear. image Stay tuned! Our top priority is getting the 100+ new folks into Tri Kit for the 2012 season...
  • Fit - Old blue kit -- Clubbing top. It is the only thing I own in a Medium and it was still way too small.

New red kit -- pretty true to size.

    Yes, please, Jacket!
  • I'm in for a jacket and jersey.
  • 2x what Matt wants - jacket and jersey for me.

    Clubbing top.  That's funny.

  • Are the red tops gonna be the same for 2012?
  • Are there no more EN tri shorts availalble? Have not seem them in the store for quite a while. Would love to order a jacket! Oh...and some stickers too!! image
  •  I'm in for some gear.

Jacket, jersey, tri top, arm warmers

  • jacket and jersey here please
  • Does anyone know hot the LG top fits compared to the ZOOT top in terms of size?. such as, does LG sm = Zoot med or are they the same.
  • I would still love to hear from anyone (RnP??) whether or not the tops you've got in the store now are going to be the same as the 2012 kit. It so, I'll order one now. If not, I'll wait.

    Thanks!

  • Yes, same kit for 2012
  • I in for a basic kit (Bike jersey, jacket and tri top).

Is there actually a sizing table somewhere available, i just want make sure that i order the right size (oversee shipping image.

  • Both Steve and I would order jackets for sure
  • I would order a jacket and possibly a bike jersey as well as the tri top, if I could get them.

  • All,
We will fire up an order of cycling kit very soon: m/w jerseys, jackets, and mens bibs. Tri tops are in stock and always available for purchase
  • Whats a jacket look like ? No pictures in the store.
  • are new members still getting a nearly free top?
  • Just saw that jackets available now, made complied by order but the shipments are 170$ for international

sorry but than I rather pass ...

  • I checked on the Capo website, but can't find a sizing guide. I'm one of those "right between" type guys that wear different sizes based on company. FWIW, I'm looking to get bibs, a cycling jersey, and a singlet. Anyone close to 6'3, 188-ish (+2/-2 given the day) w 32 in waist?

edit- Found it.  Capo has a sizing chart in their downloadable 2011 catalogue!

  • @Anthony: we are no longer offering a "mostly free" singlet. The program was simply to expensive for us.

@Kai: the jacket is $169 and I should note that it's a convertible jacket, sleeves zip off to convert it into a vest so it's a 2 in 1 garment. Are you saying that SHIPPING to an international destination is $170 in addition to the jacket cost?

@Roy: I'll get a sizing chart added to the store. Thanks.

@All: look for a more formal email from us about the cycling/tri kit order in the next day or so. Thanks!
  • Thanks, I just didnt want to order one and come to find a free one because talk about it was quite recent.
  • Rich, yes fright cost are additionally $177.

The issue is that they only due UPS Express 2ndDay Airfair and UPS Express Airfair Overnight for international.

I figured I can sent it to a collegue in Daytona Beach, and she will forward it to my workoffice location.

I only hope do not need to return anything.  If you could help, that would help.

    Thx

    Kai

  • Kai, yes, we can absolutely figure that one out.
