  • NOS W4 finished yesterday, did not get lost this time but brought only 53' in,



    I due to time constrains i turned the Z3 part in a 3rd 1mile FTP run to get more TSS in.

    felt suprisingly easy, but need to work on flexibility/core strength/body comp.
