Data Tool
I am new to this so be patient, heck I am not sure if I am even posting in the proper forum.
As I was running through a bunch of information on here I noticed that in order to get your FTP or Normal power after you do your benchmark test it tells you to go into WKO+ to get your Normal power based on your results.
What if you dont have WKO+ is that mandatory or is there another way of doing this?
I do realize my avg power is going to be different than my normal power. I used the free version of WKO+ before but didnt know if there was another way of calculating this without spending the extra money for that?
Thanks,
Randy

If you're using a PowerTap/joule, the power agent software which comes with it will give you your NP. I'm not familiar with using a Garmin or other head unit.
