Bike Power Zone
Have a power zone question, when it say’s z4 @95-100% and my threshold is 291 I have been just setting the computrainer for 291 watts for 12 minutes then repeat. On the data tool in the zones for power I just found my zone 4 is 272-286, is 286 my 100% effort or is my threshold of 291?
Has anyone gotten to a workout that says hard brick? My easy bricks kick my butt, are you kidding me R&P?

That's fine, we say that slightly exceeding bike zones is fine as long as you can do it for the full workout and not suffer afterward. The run stuff is legit. If they are seriously hard, consider splitting into two runs if needed.
