WKO uploading

I also posted this question to jenn, and i searched training forums and couldnt find info on this.. . When i input data into the wko program, what do i piut in.. I do a warm up 10-15' and then main set, and then cool down. Do i upload all of that into wko. I dont want my warm up and cool down info bringing my hr and power numbers down, it will give a flase number of what my ftp is.. Today my main set on the bike was a total of 12 minutes. Would i just load up the 12 minute main set into wko. please help

  • Work is work, so all of it counts towards your TSS totals, and all the values on the Performance Management Chart (PMC) with ATL, CTL and TSB - which you'll learn to read and understand over time.

    Are you manually putting in workouts? Your device(s) upload should include all of it automatically.
  • yeah, how are you uploading your workout data into WKO+? if you hit the interval timer during your intervals, they should be seperated from total workout so you can analyze them.

  • You might want to download Device Agent as well to make your uploading of data easier. Also if you want to remember what you did I just copy the workout into the description section. If you don't already have it, I highly suggest the power webinar.

  • Shawn - if you didn't use the interval button while riding, you can create them in WKO+ after the fact.

    Starting with the workout uploaded to WKO+, click on the start of the interval and drag to the end. With the interval 'selected' hit [CTRL] + [R] on the keyboard to create the interval. That allows you to get metrics for the interval separate from the entire workout.
  • I have a cyclops computer that i upload my data into wko, i havent been using the interval button because i would just stop the device and reset after warm up so that i ddint upload warm up onto wko. ni really need a guide to walk me through uploading work outs into wko. if i can upload entire workout and then view main set info only and have a diffrent view of power and hr only on main set info thats what i need to do. i just dont know how to use wko i guess to its full ist.. thanks for all of your help
