SRM PC7 dropout

I have a SRM wireless PC7 and am occasionally getting brief power dropouts while riding. I am assuming it is from the ANT+ transmission as it happens in the same place on one of my routes. It is a bit disconcerting to be in the middle of an interval and see 0 watts but it only lasts a few seconds. Is anyone else w/ a wireless SRM having this issue?

Sounds like electrical interference. I have the same problem with my ANT+ Powertap: a short dropout in one specific location.

I have SRM PC6 and usually have a few dropouts along a ride. One thing I like about the SRM software is it tells you how many bad data "packets" there are in the transmission. I tend to have more problems with the speed module than the power.

Jan's ant+ powertap does that now and then. My wired SRM V never has a dropout. Maybe you want to trade your 7 for my V?

I have the same SRM wireless PC7 - no issues yet - except when the bottom bracket magnet fell off during a ride. Speed is usually the off/on issue w/mine.
