Sickness and the OS plan

 Hi guy's,

I was wondering if I could get some advice.  I am at the start of week 7 on the OS program and I have been in bed sick, with a terrible head cold (going to the doc this am) since Friday 1/8.  I missed both Sat and Sun workouts and will take today off as well, Mon 1/11.

My question is this, how should I proceed with the plan with this week with next week being the second round of testing?  Should I ease back into this week with less intensity, repeat this week next week or try to hold to the schedule?  My main concern is not relapsing back into this horrible place.  

Any input is appreciated.

  • I recommend you get better and then repeat last week. Try to heal up by the weekend, bonus if it happens sooner. Bottomline, it is what it is so don't worry too much about it.
