  • Excellent work by the group on the Saturday workouts, just ending week 5 for me.

    3X10' at FTP I hope, based on my read cog and cadence

    1X17' 80-85. 

    I had to cut it a little short missing out the 2X12 85% stuff.

    @ Shaughn that's nasty stuff and I feel for you especially after the Christmas party.  

    The last time I was any where near a skunk it walked fairly close by me, burbs in Toronto then sprayed my friends dog.  I was worried we were all going to get it.  The funny part was I thought the dog had stepped on my shoe or brushed my shirt so after getting a ride back to my borders house I am walking in stripped down to my underware hoping no one wakes up.  Luckily I made it to my room.

  • @Shaughn, oh no, what a horrible mess! I remember that from our dogs when I was a kid (along with giving the dogs tomato juice baths, which the Mythbusters proved was not useful.) I hope you can get everything de-scented!

  • Saturday:
    Work set = 2 x 20: 259, 259 W NP.
    20 min 229, 15 min 239 Overall IF 0.91 for 100 min.


    Sunday:
    Work set = 4 x 8 min: 273, 276, 277, 281.
    This was pretty hard work. The kind of thing you wonder if you're going to finish.
    IF 0.91 despite some segments of essentially zero power recovering.
  • Sunday - Spinervals Aero Base Builder 1 (85 mins). Finished the week with 139 miles on the bike trainer.
