Paleo Recipes/Eating Plans
Brenda, here's the Paleo Banana/Coconut Custard Recipe, my favorite pre-workout breakfast. This recipe makes enough for 2 breakfasts for me:
2 bananas: Smash thoroughly in a microwaveable bowl
6 Tbs Coconut Milk, I like Thai Kitchen Organic because it's much creamier than their regular coconut milk
3 Eggs, whip well, stir into the bananas, along with the coconut milk
Add:
- Shredded coconut (I like the big shreds, not the fine ones)
- 3 Tbs Chia seeds
- Some cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
- Anything else like chopped pecans that you want to
Microwave until it custardizes and becomes solid instead of gooey (about 2 minutes). It will puff up slightly.

.5 pound grass fed beef.
One seet potato
One zucchini
One squash
1/4 red onion
1 jalapeño
One red and yellow pepper
Just simply brown the meat, cook diced veggies in coconut oil, then mix all together.
Eat and finish with desert of 1/2 cup of strawberries, raspberries and blue berries.
Never thought I'd hear "good" and kale/chard in the same sentence.
I didn't try it because my family would kill me, but it got a ridiculous amount of good reviews so it's on my list for the next time I'm at the grocery store.
