Bright neon running gear

I have seen these vendors at multiple race venues-tri and run but can not think of the name. They sell the REALLY bright neon run gear, t-shirts, hats etc. I know Saucony, Nike etc have bright stuff but this was a more 'mom and pop' gig I thought. Anyone know the name or website? Santa is trying to hunt these down!

Are you thinking of Illuminite? I have their running vest and it totally lights up when a car's headlights hit it:

I bet it was Illuminite. I have one of their jackets and a warm cycling jersey- it lights up like crazy when headlights hit it.

I read a lot of reviews that wwere lukewarm on the Nathan stuff, so I bought an "Xinglet" made by Amphipod (http://www.amphipod.com/). The thing is unbelievably visible at night and very well-made. I also have 2 paird of tights that have "illuminite" mentioned above. The "illuminite" is very reflective but the tights I have don't have the "illuminite" pattern in too many spots.
