Crucible Files Through December!
Jeremy Behler (http://screencast.com/t/OrKW72qFjIE) I got cut off…I think that you had either PM issues or some seriously high watts that really skewed your file…either way it was pretty solid execution save where you pushed a bit too hard on the "hill" early in lap one…then faded on lap two…and more on lap three. Good work though!

Chris Martin, IMLou chris..I note your high HR at the end of the screencast…no wonder you couldn't sustain your power. Were you taking caffeine? http://screencast.com/t/YvkvT8AAG

And mine is a screencast of Coach P uploading his McCrann Clan Xmas card
Mine too. Thanks. And my Garmin HR strap only works when it wants to. I can't average 171bpm for more than 20 minutes.
on the course, i felt like my RPE was too high when trying to make numbers. first lap i actually had a slight headwind heading out, not a strong one, but it was there. I felt like i was pushing to get back to town after getting down the rise. next two laps the winds were up, particularly strong in your face on way back. yes, still should have been riding watts against the wind. however, like i said, wasn't making #s.
have heard from a number of other IMAZ folks that shared similar experiences "i had a good ride, but i wasn't able to make my numbers"
@P I'm not able to see some of these broken links or get sound on the one either.
@Scott Was your PM calibrated properly? Fast split for <60% IF!</p>
Mine still doesn't work.
Thanks Patrick for getting this done. That heart rate towards the end is just bogus data from my strap which only works intermittently. I don't even hit 180 for a 5K test so there's no way it was that high. I was indeed feeling tired near the end and knew that my chances of a good run were slim if I continued to hold .72 through the end. Those 15 minutes I could have gained on the bike would have turned into many miles of walking on the run so I decided to back off. As we've discussed, this is my main goal for 2012; to be able to ride .72 or higher for the entire 112 with confidence and still have a good run.
And yes, that was me with the crazy flat tire, which during my podcast you referred to as "an intercontinental ballistic missile through your tire."
