Adjusting the OS

Looking to load up the JOS here directly and had a question about it.

 

This is my second OS with EN and I know what last year's plan looked like. This year's new plan I haven't loaded or looked at yet so I don't know what the run looks like.

 

I want to run a Half Mary Hack concurrent with my JOS. I know a few of you do Boston / Marathon Hack with your OS. So with the Hack , running 3 days a week do you still do bricks with the OS plan and also do a dedicated run ?

 

Seems to me , as I recall, Mon was off, Tue Brick , Wed run, Thur Brick, Friday Off, Sat Brick, Sun Run or something like that.

 

My idea that fits my life style for the OS is Mon Bike, Tue Hack, Wed Bike, Thur Hack, Fri Bike , Sat Long Run Hack , Sun off with the Fam..

  • David, I just published an "OS Modification Flowchart" and put it in the wiki, so you can see how to adjust for the run. That said, the OS does prep you for a Half Marathon as long as you get to week 20. If you are running the half earlier than week 20, then you'll need to hack. Hope that helps!
