Well I did the Z4 bike w/o in the am and rested for the rest of the day. Waiting for the extra point on getting out below32 this evening.

So here r the stats

Way to add those pts and mileage up.Let's  see what tomorrow brings. I might be running under the 2 nd largest run dome in NA on Wednesday. To much ice and snow to chance it, pics to follow.

My stats for day#3

 

• No excuse for not going outside cause it was 37 degree's but the wind was 25-30 mph gusts.
• We did a great bike wko at 0400 that netted me .92 intensity for 1:20.
• I then tried to brick run right after and got .25 miles and called it for my quads were calling me really uncool names.

Took a power nap, ate some calories, and got some fluids in and hit it again.

• 7 miles in 61 min.....ha I had to get over an hour for that additional point
•  one mile under threshold
• 7 miles+1 for 60 min+1 for under threshold
• Total points today=9 

I am really enjoying this challenge.  Why?  Well, I am glad you asked.....cause I am eating about 10 of my wife's cookies.....They are two ritz crackers smothered with peanut butter, put together like a sandwhich and dipped in either white or chocolate almond bark.  Then put in the freezer.  Mmmmmmm
