TSS & IF Not Showing Up on Joule....

I'm new to power and in reviewing my data from rides, I am showing 0's or --- for my TSS, IF and FTP (although I have manually entered my FTP based on testing).  How is TSS & IF calculated?  I am using my Polar HRM vs. the one that came with the Joule.  Could that be the reason?  Please advise.  Thanks!

    @Kim:

    The HR strap shouldn't be an issue, but try using the Cyclops strap for the next workout and see if that makes a difference. Are you sure your FTP was saved in the unit? Did you enter it from the Joule or on PowerAgent?

    Ahhh, that might be it. I had entered all my user info into PowerAgent w/ Joule connected. All the info transferred to Joule.... except FTP. Weird. Anyway, its in there now so we'll see if that does the trick. Thanks!
