Does anyone use a Dehumidifier in their Pain Cave?
I've never worked so hard on my trainer before I switched to power as I do now. The only downside is that I sweat buckets and buckets. Although my trainer is on a mat, I still put newspaper down to absorb the pools. And I'm going through 2 to 3 handtowels per ride as well. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience using a dehumidifier in their pain cave and if it's helped keep the room drier. Even if I push the airconditioning down to 72-74, I'll drive the room temperature up to 80 when I'm working out. I'm thinking a drier atmoshphere might help some.

Yes, we do. Our pain cave gets hella hot and humid so the dehumidifier is right between our rear wheels. We are losing some of the heat acclimatization benefit (the heat + humid, specifically) but well worth not getting mold in the house, IMO.
Have to empty the bucket almost every day...
