WKO and Interval 0

Hey There.

I'm a WKO noob with a question.  Is it possible to have Interval 0 show up as a selection range in the right pane of the Graph view?  I think I can create a manual range, but wondering why WKO only shows Interval 1 and beyond by default.

Yeah, it's odd. I would think they would start at interval 1 and have everything show. The only work around I know (other than manually creating the interval in WKO) is to get on the bike and hit the lap button so you're Interval 0 is a couple of seconds only.

The good thing is when you've done say five intervals it will say 5 while on the bike or running, not six.

Another alternative is to just switch to interval view, rather than set an interval. Automatically does what you're looking for, except the beginning of the workout becomes labeled 1 without having to set an interval as soon as you start.

Mike, I don't understand. How do you switch to interval view?

Enrique hold the interval button down and it will toggle in and out of interval view mode.
