Thought some of you would enjoy this highlight video I put together for the Elite Men over the weekend in Verona, WI. I'll have the Elite Womens highlights done soon.

As for my race. We had different course conditions (changing all week) as well as each lap. I slide out on a dirt downhill on to the pavement and have tons of road rash. Got up and got moving again but was pulled with 2 laps to go. Tough way to end the year.

Nice job Hayes! I'll looking forward to the ladies video as well. Hope the road rash is healing up- that's usually not something you have to worry about so much with cyclocross- totally sucks.

Very cool...looks like post IM retirement won't be all that bad. Plus you guys can use all those left over diapers I have...
