I can't understand me... (Bike "ON" intervals)
How is it that I feel like I am absolutely killing myself to stay just above 180 bpm (my z5 HR), for two puny minutes yet I somehow managed to keep an average heart rate of 180 over my *forty* minute bike test? (and at times I was solidly above 180 for more than two minutes, too?)

oooh. Test is outside, and ON intervals are inside.
My thoughts as well - cumulative fatigue - I can relate to that one right now....
