How do I clear my joule 2.0??

Its full and the manual does not appear to state how to clear all the workouts? I tried "clear ride memory" under "setup joule" and I don't think anything happened. It asked if I was sure, I said yes, and then it just sent me back to the first screen. Nothing appeared to change. Then I tried deleting individual rides but nothing seemed to change, on the display at least. The odd thing is, I then tried device manager, and it is not listing any workouts on the device. But they still show up if I select Ride History. I'm confused!

    When I use Device Agent to pull the workouts into WKO+, I then go back and delete the *.bin files, either thru Device Agent or via Windows explorer (which treats your Joule like an external drive).

    That does the trick for me!
