Week 14 run test ?
Im a week behind you all in the NOS-This is my testing week. So there is a 5K race I want to do this Sunday to use as my 5K test, but want to make sure I am spreading my week out appropriately to have a good result at this test. My thoughts are:
Bike test tomorrow (Tues)
Run Wed-Not the scheduled workout, but something with 400 pick ups as to not be too cashed for Sunday race
Bike Thurs
Off Fri (Or do Saturday's long ride/run?)
Sat-FTP bike/run?
Sun-Race
Thoughts/feedback would be appreciated-Thanks
