Eagleman 70.3 - Charity ride on the bike course

All,

For any of you who are planning to do Eagleman this year you may not be aware that there is a charity ride on the course in May. The link is here;

This year it is on May 5th. Also gives you a chance to get out on the run course after your ride. I used it last year as a Race Rehearsal (and then broke my collar bone two weeks later ).

Anyway the ride is for a good cause, it is well signed and has good catering.,

In addition the following day (May 6th) the Columbia Tri Association is organizaing a training event. I've not done this before but it does give you a chance to swim in the Choptank. The link for that is here;
