IM Florida offer details are as follows:

 

I have 5 night reservation at high-rise at Ironman host hotel Boardwalk Hotel, from Wed Oct 31 through Mon Nov 5th.  2BR 2Bath condo, sleeps 6 total: King bed in master BR, Queen in 2nd BR, and sleeper sofa for 2. Full kitchen and W&D, can keep bikes in room. $269/night.  Looking to split with as many as possible, for single or multiple nights.   I have put deposit on the room but obviously no cash due until race weekend.  Let me know if you are interested, IM me for details.

    Shoot hey Scott I didn't see your reply until today - I just logged on to this post because I wanted to retract the Placid offer - I got an offer to stay for free with friends who are coming up to do the race! I may still have one night at the Crowne Plaza though (I have to call manager back tomorrow to try and lobby to get my one-night deposit back; if not, then maybe I'll have the one night we can split if you are still interested. I'll update on here tomorrow. Sorry for seemingly leading you on; it's just my financial situation now commands be to go with the free option.
