  • First of all, are those NP watts or Avg watts?
Secondly, it has been my experience that it reduces my total by 2-4 watts depending on RI.

    Do you use WKO+?
  • thsese are avg watts per lap.
  • yes, i use wko, but when i put in a manual workout, the avg power and normalized power are the same, it doest calculate np on a manual entry. all of my other bike test have a diffrent normalized power when i lap it correctly.
  • Shawn, in WKO, go into the graph view, and highlight the entire 42' range. It will give you an NP for the range, which will probably be very close to the AP if executed correctly.

If forced to guess, I'd say somewhere around 255ish.
  • @ MIKE,, THANKS MIKE THAT WORKED PERFECT
