vDot and test zones
1st question: I am consuded on vDot, what is it for and what is a good number.
2nd question: My LTHR is not very high, when I ride on the trainier it only goes to 140. Is this correct.
3rd question: FTP is that WATS?

I recomend you start by reading the Quick Start document that was posted on the first week of your traning plan in the "Training Plan Central" section under the Training Menu, along with the other documents that are provided each week. That is a quick read and will point you in the right direction and answer most of your questions above. After readying that check out the Train Map and also Wiki, both under the Resources menu.
Regarding what is "good" or if your LTHR is correct, those are different for everyone. What I consider a good vdot is different than what other people consider good, it all depends on you and your goals. FTP and HR are even harder to compare between people. The key to training with EN is improvement. Enter your initial tests in the data tool and then do the workouts and get faster.
