Cassette Compatibility - SRAM/Shimano

Smart Gear Guys-

Currently running an ultegra 12/25 cassette with normal FSA cranks, durace rear derailleur, durace chain.  I am thinking about getting a 12/27 for IM MOO.  I've been struggling to find ultegra version, durace is much more expensive.  SRAM makes one, would there be a problem with crossing the rear cassessete, chain derailleur etc? If I get the extra cassette would probably get one and then move around on wheels for training, racing etc.

No issues. I have run a SRAM 12-27 with Shimano stuff before.

SRAM and Shimano are interchangeable for cassettes. I've run a SRAM cassette on an otherwise Shimano drive train for the past two years - no problems.

 Interchangeable fine.   I like the sram shifting better.   I have shimano shifters and sram cassettes.
