You can do them by going to the data tool which is located under the Training tab up top. You'll enter the information from your test and it will spit out your zones for you. There is also a way where you can get this put into your training plan, but I've been lazy and not done that yet. It's someplace in my profile or my settings I think.

Our bike workouts are written as 2 x 20' @ 95-100%/Z4/Hard where 95-100% is the power guidance. So 95-100% of your 232w above.
