You are on week 14 of 20 (7 weeks remaining)
I did a hilly 5 miler for my VDOT test. I was carrying a little fatigue into the race, but I had paid the entry fee. They also promised a nice Asics or Nike technical long-sleeve T and my oldest daughter wanted it. So off I went. The first and last mile went great 6:05 and 6:02. In between not so good, 6:40's. I need some LT work pretty badly. But boy I had a nice kick. Final time 31:51. VDOT 52, I adjusted it up to 53 based on NGP. Second AG. My 14 yo daughter won her AG in 37:12. She is ready for track this spring. Sunday I did 15X45" on and 45" off with my older daughter for 6 miles total. Easy 8 miler Monday as I forgot to check the schedule. So I was surprised to see the bike test. Warming up I spent a few seconds at FTP and had thoughts of calling it a day, but I went through with it and survived. 257 watts is a big improvement from my previous 225 feeble effort. Sandbagging is over time to bring it home through this last cycle.
