Howdy,

For the last year or so I have been hosting a podcast on Triathlon and healty eating.  The name of the show is The Garden Variety Triathlon podcast.  In each episode I'm going to be talking a lot about me joining Team EN and really helping to spread the word of the benefits of the team. 

I'm just throwing it out there that if ANYONE ever wants to come on the show and talk about your training and how EN helps it you have an open invitation.  Also, if you just want to call in and leave a message you can call 614-GARD -TRI.
