    Hey Kim,

    doubt that I'll make this camp due to a few reasons...
    1) the $, I can spend it elsewhere image
    2) the weekend, high school football is rolling by then (my boy will be a junior def back on one of the better teams in the state)
    3) I'm too close to one of the Endurance Concepts coaches. I'm very happy with EN and I don't want her to see what gains I've made since I've joined. She kinda wanted me to get my coaching from them. Want to wait til we race at the same event to show her that I made the right choice.

    Kim, thought about going down to FL, but don't think I can do it. This camp looks like a pretty solid choice for a good price.

    @ Kim - not doing IMFL but I went to High School in Panama City and have family there. Below is a shorter camp for $290 late registration on Sep 21-23 (I have no affiliation and have no idea if they are any good). If a lot of EN folks come to a pre-race camp I may drive up and join them as part of my IMCOZ prep. Another option for IMFL folks is to just have a DIY camp. Nothing magical about swimming in the gulf although there can be jellyfish in Sep. The PCB acquatics center has open water swim including long course if you go at the right time. Riding the course is riding the course...just do it...and anyone can run down the street to St Andrews State Park. Hotel occupancy significantly drops off after Labor Day so no issues there. Key is to just get enough people on the same weekend to split the bike ride into similar ability groups.

    Thanks @ Paul. Didn't come across this one when I searched but I'm already booked for the Endurance Concepts Camp. I think price is comparable when you add in the lodging. (Shorter would have been nice though!) Its all good. A camp will work better for me vs. DIY so I don't have to think about anything. Just get there (and my bike) and do what they tell me to. image It terms of swimming in the gulf, it is something I'm NOT looking forward too. (Not a fan of jellyfish.... Is it legal to shoot them?)
