Switching up the run/bike this week. Got in 42' and felt good.

I was in Hawaii all last week, did no official EN workouts.
The good news: without biking, I logged 2000 yards+ of ocean swimming every day, plus 38 miles of running
The bad news: I tweaked my back and left hip while surfing and am unsure right now of where that puts me. I'm currently scared to run or get on my bike, it hurts pretty bad. Appt. tomorrow may shed some light. Couldn't come at a worse time for my transition to IMCdA training.
2nd run of the week 42'.

Rock N Roll Half in DC. 1:32:54 with a negative split. Went out slow for the first three, zoned in on pace in the middle, then let it all hang out in the last 5k. Pretty happy considering a month ago I was in bed with the boys wrapped in ice.
