Philly Marathon Memorial Run for 2012?

 I know that many of you who knew Chris G weren't able, for various reasons, to register for / race American Zofingen this May. That said, I know that many of you consider fall marathons, and our own Grant Stauffer suggested to me today that perhaps we put this on the calendar as a non-traditional EN event. We'd be able to come together and remember Chris as well as get in that Fall marathon you've been itching to do.

Race Dates are 11/16-18, with a Marathon, Half and 8k options available.

@tucker - you will hear liebs approaching you on the course from the clanging of all his medals and you will look at him as he passes and ask (as he posted on Facebook) "what was that?"

@ Coach P - how feasible is it to do this two weeks after IMFL?

BUMP!!!! My wife wants to do this big time...who else is interested? I am racing Kona first, but will get this done b/c I just have to do it.

I'd consider doing the half, definitely won't be going back to the full this year.

I'm also considering the half. My neighbor is doing the full, so I'm getting pressure from multiple sides. The only obstacle is that I hate running!!!

I have been told by my docs that a 10k at a slow pace is feasible, given that Chris's death has actually helped save my life, who is up for the short distance with me? and when i say with, we are all going to do it at my slow HR restricted pace together!
