Outdoor FTP test

 Thinking aloud and ahead. I am on week 18 of NOS and looking ahead to the week 20 test. I have done everything indoors on the trainer up to this point. Now that it is nice outside and most of my subsequent short course training will be outdoors would it be prudent to test outdoors to have an accurate outdoor number or stay consistent and test inside.

David, if most of your following training will be outdoors, and based on that test, then it makes sense to do that test outdoors. Less comparable, as far as seeing gains in the OS, but if anything, your gains should be greater.
